How to get to Ashwell
By car: Ashwell can be accessed from the A1(M) Jct 10 and A505 as well as various cross-country routes. When you arrive in Ashwell, follow the signs to the free car park in the centre of the village
Postcode: SG7 5NS
 
By rail: Ashwell & Morden railway station is about 2 miles from the village. Baldock railway station is about 5 miles from Ashwell.
 
Taxis are not available at either station. It's recommended that a local taxi company is booked in
advance.
Parking
Parking is free, just follow the signs as you enter the village.  
Disabled parking
There is disabled parking at the main car park and the friendly staff there will be able to help you.
Disabled access to buildings and gardens
There is disabled access to many buildings and gardens but not all will be suitable.
Refreshments
Don't eat before you come!  There are lots of delicious home made lunches and afternoon teas and cakes available at various locations round the village.
