Celebrating 11 centuries of Ashwell throughout 2017
Ashwell continue to marking this special 11th centenary with a series of celebratory events throughout the year. Fixed dates for your diary so far are shown below but do check www.ashwell1100.co.uk as more events are being added.
Many thanks also to Cathie Felstead for designing the handsome Ashwell 1100 logo, based on an Anglo-Saxon coin of about 917, with a river and ash leaves surrounding a central A for Ashwell.
